When you submit a project inquiry, we may collect your full name, business or brand name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, website, social media platform and profile, the service you are interested in, how you heard about Branduur, and the message you choose to send.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form.
Technical and usage information
Our hosting, security, and website service providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, referring page, access time, and diagnostic data. This information is used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
If you consent to Analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process information about pages viewed, interactions, approximate location derived from technical data, browser and device characteristics, referring sources, social-link clicks, service interest, article readership, and successful contact-form submissions. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message content, or other contact-form details to Google Analytics.

Branduur uses Netlify Forms to receive project inquiries. When you submit the form, Netlify processes and stores the submitted fields on Branduur's behalf and may send an email notification to our monitored account. Branduur can also review, export, mark as spam, or delete submissions through the Netlify dashboard.
If you email, call, message, or otherwise communicate with us, we may retain the content of the communication and the contact details needed to respond, evaluate potential work, and maintain appropriate business records.
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing email and does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only under a separate written agreement.
